Krzysztof Pabian is a bassist, composer, and improviser whose work bridges jazz, classical, and contemporary music. Based in Chicago, he performs on double bass and electric bass in projects that highlight melody, texture, and pulse. His collaborations include Chicago Edge Ensemble, Dan Phillips Trio / Quartet, A Cor Do Brasil, and recordings with artists such as Mars Williams, Grażyna Auguścik, Eddie Henderson, Dave Rempis, Michale Zerang, Jim Baker, and Avreeayl Ra.
